The following terms and conditions (including the privacy statement) apply to all orders placed with us, the seller using our website, www.pawsspree.com.au, by the customer, hereafter referred to as ‘you’, ‘your’.

The seller, hereafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ is App Lab No 3 Pty Ltd trading as PawsEco registered in Australia, ABN 35 621 764 412

‘Product(s)’, or ‘goods’, or ‘items’ means goods listed on our website.

These terms and conditions apply only to consumers,

When you confirm payment, you offer to buy the quantities of goods you selected at the price, delivery cost and any added GST displayed. All orders are subject to this condition.

Your order is accepted once confirmed by us, following our checks of your card details and address and then becomes binding, subject to rights to cancel.

All orders are subject to availability of the products ordered. Should any products be unavailable, or should events beyond our reasonable control occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order without liability and inform you as soon as possible, using the email address you supply.

You own the goods once they are dispatched and with the carrier, or once we receive payment in full for the goods and any delivery charge, whichever is later.

Availability of some products may be subject to seasonal variations.

We try to ensure our stock lists are regularly updated to our website.

We make reasonable effort to ensure the information supplied within our website is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty or representation as to its accuracy and we take no responsibility for omissions. All images, photographic representation and other information is illustrative only. Any props or items shown in images but not listed, do not form any part of the product.

If you register to buy from our website, you are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account name and password and all activity that occurs under them. Please advise us intermediately if you suspect your account details are being used without your authority.

By registering you agree to provide the correct registration details, not giving false a name, or impersonating another and to ensure that changes to any details are updated on our website.

All prices for products in invoices are given in Australian Dollars at the price displayed on our website, at the time of your order. We reserve the right to update prices on our website from time to time.

If we discover any error in the price of an ordered product, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the product. If we cannot contact you, the product will be cancelled and removed from your order.

Some product prices may include GST, which will be displayed and charged at the current rate.

Payment may be made online only by the credit/debit card payment methods listed. Contact us to arrange alternative payment methods. Please don’t send payment by email.

Our secure-payment gateway is operated by Stripe, who once you place your order, will automatically seek authorisation from your card-issuer. You may be required to provide further authorisation for some cards. Once we have received a valid authorisation we will process your order, products are charged at dispatch and will appear as Ebitchamp Pty Ltd on your statement.

You will receive an email from us notifying when your order is dispatched.

We make reasonable effort to ensure that all goods are dispatched in perfect condition and we take precautions to ensure the integrity of any products for transit.

Many of our products are perishable items. We store all our products in perfect conditions prior to dispatch, but we are not responsible for storage conditions after dispatch.

Please ensure you choose a delivery date where you, or someone with your permission is available to receive and sign for the delivery as required. Goods may be delivered to alternative addresses or work-places to ensure receipt. If the order is a gift, to another address, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive it. We will not advise gift recipients of impending deliveries. You may contact us to change the delivery address, or date of any order within a reasonable time-period prior to dispatch.

Delivery times quoted or displayed are for guidance only and not a guarantee.

Due to the nature of some perishable products and long transit times it is not possible to deliver some products over very long distances by standard carriers.

We cannot advise upon customs duties and restrictions that maybe applicable to some products.

Please contact us if your order fails to arrive, or if the order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition.

Any order may only be varied or cancelled by contacting us within a reasonable time-period prior to dispatch.

Returns are only accepted for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for goods mistakenly dispatched. Please inform us immediately upon receipt of any goods in unsatisfactory condition, or incorrectly dispatched. Depending on the condition we may offer a refund or exchange for the full-value of the goods and any proven delivery costs incurred if you return the goods.

We want you to enjoy your purchases and we take great care to ensure that each item is correctly described and authentic.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send us an email to info@pawsspree.com.au with your invoice number, name, contact details and reason(s).

For “Change of Mind” Returns :

  • We accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase, providing it is unused, unopened and in original condition (including original packaging and any accessories and/or free gifts). For these purchases you can return your order for exchange, refundor store credit.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the item’s return.

    • Invoice Number
    • Customer contact details (Name, Contact No and Email)
    • Reason for return
  • Once you receive a return or exchange reference number, please arrange to ship the items to :

  • Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an acknowledgment. Providing the items arrive in its unused, original condition, including intact packaging as received from us. Refund, store credit or exchange will be processed.
  • Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required to be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage and be trackable. Items received in damaged condition will not be eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost if customer is requesting for damaged item to be reshipped back to customer’s address.
  • A 5 – 15% of invoice price may be deducted from refund amount as restocking fee.

Damaged or Faulty Items Returns (within 24 hours) :

  • Send us an email to info@pawsspree.com.auwith the following details within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) :
    • Photos of damaged or faulty products
    • Details of the damage and issue with faulty products
    • Item Name & SKU
    • Invoice number
    • Customer contact details (Name, Contact No and Email)
  • Once the item(s) is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will arrange a courier pickup and the postage label will be sent out to customer’s email address.
  • Once the item has been received, we will provide a replacement or refund as per customer’s request after a final inspection of the returned item.

Faulty Items Returns (within warranty period) :

  • If an item(s) fails to work properly within the warranty period (as provided by manufacturer), we will assist to get a replacement from the manufacturer or arrange for repair by the manufacturer. Please email us at info@pawsspree.com.auwith the following details :
    • Photos of damaged or faulty products
    • Details of the damage and issue with faulty products
    • Item Name & SKU
    • Invoice number
    • Customer contact details (Name, Contact No and Email)
  • Once you receive a faulty item return reference number, please arrange to ship the items to :

  • Customer is responsible for the return postage fee.
  • Items that are being returned are required to be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage and be trackable. Items received in damaged condition, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty and no longer eligible for replacement/repair. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost if customer is requesting for damaged item to be reshipped back to customer’s address.

For All Returns :

  • Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. Credit Card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). Paypal refunds will be refunded back to the original Paypal account.  Bank deposit payments will be paid back to bank account as soon as BSB and Account details are supplied to us. Any Buy Now Pay Later platform refunds will be refunded back to the account used to make the purchase.
  • There will be no refunds or exchanges on any edible products such as food, treats, health supplements, and treatments as well as any custom products. Please select your purchases carefully, and double check before placing your order.
  • Please ensure that you have a reference number before returning any items to us. We will be unable to process any returns without a reference number.
  • PawsSpree is not responsible for items that goes missing, customer is responsible to submit a claim to their courier company.

We use personal information collected on our website in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.

Your data will comprise of personal information you voluntarily enter during the registration and/or order process and any records of your previous purchasing activity. This data may be used by us, our service providers or legal advisers to administer your account and to authenticate and approve or reject transactions using your account.

We may disclose information to the Police, other regulatory bodies, or legal advisers if we suspect a criminal offence or breach of the terms and conditions, as required by law.

Your information is private and confidential, we will not disclose your data to any other parties or use the information for any other purposes without your consent. You may access and amend the information held by us.

Card details entered within our secure-payment gateway are fully encrypted and not stored as open-text on any site.

By registering upon our website you agree to the above use of your data

The law of New South Wales governs these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If any provision within these terms and conditions is deemed unfair by the courts or regulatory authorities that condition may be changed or removed without effecting the other provisions. These terms and conditions may not be varied by you, unless confirmed in writing by both you and us.

We reserve the right to alter, add or remove any content on our website, including these terms and conditions, at any time. Please review these terms and conditions regularly.

We take reasonable measures to ensure our website is free from malicious attacks, but we offer no warranty that our website, or secure-payment gateway is free from risk of virus attack.

You access our website entirely at your own risk.

All our website content including logos and images is our property and protected copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights.
